利用規約
1. はじめに
本アプリは、しあ（SHEER）が無償で提供する、時間を知らせるためのウェブアプリケーションです。本アプリを利用された方は、本規約に同意したものとみなします。
2. 大切なお願い — 時間の保証はできません
本アプリはタイマーの精度や、音・通知が確実に鳴ることを保証できません。ブラウザやスマートフォンには、画面を消したとき・他のアプリを使っているとき・省電力状態のときに、ページの処理や音の再生を止める仕組みがあります。これは本アプリからは制御できません。
したがって、服薬・調理・医療・業務・試験・交通など、時間を守れないと不利益や危険が生じる用途には使用しないでください。そうした用途には、専用の機器や、端末標準のアラーム機能をお使いください。
3. 提供の状態
本アプリは現状有姿で提供されます。予告なく内容を変更・中断・終了することがあります。継続的な提供や、特定の機能の維持をお約束するものではありません。
4. 作品画像の取り扱い
本アプリに表示される絵画（「生命のひかり」「Euphoria」「風の流れに身を任せて」「火花」）は、しあ（SHEER）の作品です。
- 著作権は作者に帰属します。
- 本アプリ内での表示以外の目的での複製・配布・改変・二次利用・学習データとしての利用を許諾しません。
- 画像ファイルを取り出して他所で使用することはできません。
5. ソースコードについて
本アプリのソースコードは MIT ライセンスで提供されています。ただしライセンスの対象はコードのみで、上記の作品画像は含みません。
6. 禁止事項
- 本アプリの動作を妨げる行為、過度な負荷をかける行為
- 作品画像を無断で複製・転載・配布・改変する行為
- 法令や公序良俗に反する行為
- 他の利用者や第三者の権利を侵害する行為
7. 免責
本アプリの利用によって生じたいかなる損害についても、提供者は責任を負いません。第2条に記載のとおり、時間に関する保証はありません。
8. 個人情報の取り扱い

9. 準拠法
本規約は日本法に準拠します。
10. 改定
本規約を変更する場合は、このページの「最終更新」を更新します。
Terms of Use
1. Introduction
The App is a free web application provided by SHEER for keeping track of time. By using it, you agree to these terms.
2. Important — timing is not guaranteed
The App cannot guarantee timer accuracy, or that sounds and announcements will play. Browsers and phones may suspend page processing and audio when the screen is off, when another app is in use, or in power-saving states. This is outside the App's control.
Therefore, do not use the App for anything where missing a time could cause harm or loss — medication, cooking, medical or clinical use, work-critical processes, examinations, or transport. Use a dedicated device or your phone's built-in alarm for those.
3. Provided as is
The App is provided as is. It may be changed, suspended, or discontinued without notice. No continued availability or retention of any particular feature is promised.
4. Artwork
The paintings shown in the App ("Light of Life", "Euphoria", "Surrender to the Wind", "Hibana") are works by SHEER.
- Copyright belongs to the artist.
- Reproduction, distribution, modification, derivative use, and use as training data are not permitted outside of display within the App.
- You may not extract the image files for use elsewhere.
5. Source code
The App's source code is provided under the MIT License. The license covers the code only and does not include the artwork above.
6. Prohibited conduct
- Interfering with the App's operation or placing excessive load on it
- Copying, republishing, distributing, or modifying the artwork without permission
- Anything unlawful or contrary to public order and morals
- Infringing the rights of other users or third parties
7. Disclaimer
The provider accepts no liability for any damages arising from use of the App. As stated in section 2, there is no guarantee regarding timing.

9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
10. Changes
If these terms change, the "Last updated" date will be revised.
