プライバシーポリシー
1. 基本の考え方
本アプリは、あなたが入力・設定した内容をあなたの端末の中だけに保存します。設定やマイパターンがサーバーに送られることはありません。本アプリには、ユーザー登録もログインもありません。
2. 端末の中に保存されるもの
ブラウザの localStorage に、次の情報を保存します。いずれも外部に送信されません。
- 設定 — 選んでいる作品、音の設定、話しかた、言語、タイムゾーン、時刻の表記、画面の表示設定
- マイパターン — あなたが作った間隔の組み合わせと、その名前
- 進行中のセッション — 開始時刻や経過（ページを閉じても続きから戻れるようにするため）
- 利用日の記録 — 直近31日ぶんの「使った日」と、その日の合計時間
これらは、設定画面の「初期状態に戻す」でいつでも削除できます。ブラウザの設定でサイトデータを消しても削除されます。
3. 計測（アクセス解析）について
3-1. 現在の状態
2026年8月4日時点、本アプリに計測ツールは設定されていません。そのため、同意の有無にかかわらず、解析目的の送信は行われていません。
3-2. 計測を行う場合の扱い
今後、どの作品が選ばれているか、どのくらい使われているかを知るために、Google タグマネージャー（および Google アナリティクス）を利用することがあります。その場合は次のとおり扱います。
- 同意をいただいてから有効になります。同意する前は、これらのサービスへの通信を一切行いません（スクリプトの読み込み自体を行いません）。
- 同意はいつでも撤回できます。設定画面の「プライバシー」から変更でき、撤回後は読み込みを停止し、これらのサービスが設定した Cookie を可能な範囲で削除します。
- IP アドレスは匿名化した状態で扱います。
3-3. 計測する内容
同意いただいた場合に取得するのは、次のような使われ方の統計です。
- どの作品（テーマ）が選ばれたか
- タイマーや時報を開始・完了・中断した回数、モード、間隔の長さ
- 言語を切り替えたか
- SHEER のサイトへのリンクが押されたか
次のものは取得しません: あなたが作ったパターンの中身、使用した時刻そのもの、氏名・メールアドレスなどの個人を直接特定する情報。
4. Cookie について
本アプリ自身は Cookie を使いません。同意の状態も Cookie ではなく端末内の localStorage に保存します。計測に同意いただいた場合に限り、Google が提供する Cookie が設定されることがあります。
5. 第三者への提供
取得した情報を、第三者に販売・提供することはありません。計測に同意いただいた場合、統計情報は Google のサービス上で処理されます。Google における取り扱いは、同社のプライバシーポリシーに従います。
6. 作品画像について
本アプリに表示される絵画は、しあ（SHEER）の作品です。著作権は作者に帰属し、本アプリ内での表示以外の目的での複製・配布・改変・二次利用・学習データとしての利用を許諾していません。
7. お問い合わせ
本ポリシーに関するお問い合わせは、SHEER のサイトの連絡先までお願いします。
8. 改定
内容を変更する場合は、このページの「最終更新」を更新します。計測の扱いなど重要な変更を行う場合は、アプリ内でお知らせし、必要に応じて改めて同意をお願いします。
Privacy Policy
1. Principle
The App stores what you enter and configure only on your own device. Your settings and saved patterns are never sent to a server. There are no accounts and no sign-in.
2. What is stored on your device
The following are kept in your browser's localStorage and are never transmitted:
- Settings — selected artwork, sound, tone of voice, language, time zone, time format, display preferences
- My patterns — interval combinations you create, and their names
- Session in progress — start time and elapsed time, so you can resume after closing the page
- Usage days — the last 31 days of "days used" and each day's total
You can delete all of it at any time via "Reset to defaults" in Settings, or by clearing site data in your browser.
3. Analytics
3-1. Current status
As of August 4, 2026, no analytics tool is configured in the App. No analytics data is transmitted, regardless of consent.
3-2. If analytics is enabled
We may use Google Tag Manager (and Google Analytics) to understand which artworks are chosen and how often the App is used. In that case:
- It is enabled only after you consent. Before consent, no request is made to those services at all — the scripts are not even loaded.
- You can withdraw consent at any time from "Privacy" in Settings. We then stop loading them and delete the cookies they set, as far as technically possible.
- IP addresses are handled in anonymized form.
3-3. What would be measured
- Which artwork (theme) was selected
- How often a timer or time signal was started, completed, or stopped; the mode and interval length
- Whether the language was switched
- Whether the link to the SHEER site was followed
We do not collect the contents of your custom patterns, the actual clock times you use, or directly identifying information such as your name or email address.
4. Cookies
The App itself does not use cookies. Your consent choice is stored in localStorage, not in a cookie. Cookies provided by Google may be set only if you consent to analytics.
5. Third parties
We do not sell or share collected information with third parties. If you consent to analytics, statistics are processed on Google's services under Google's own privacy policy.
6. Artwork
The paintings shown in the App are works by SHEER. Copyright belongs to the artist. Reproduction, distribution, modification, derivative use, or use as training data outside of display within the App is not permitted.
7. Contact
Please use the contact details on the SHEER site.
8. Changes
If this policy changes, the "Last updated" date will be revised. For significant changes such as analytics handling, we will notify you in the App and ask for consent again where necessary.
